| Check-in
time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 11AM. No pets please. The
Old Orchard Beach Inn is a non-smoking facility. |

|
| Deposit
and Cancellation Policies: A deposit is required to
confirm reservations. |
|
|
| Deposit Requirements: |
|
|
| One night stays -
prepayment in full. |
|
|
| Two night stays -
last night paid in full. |
|
|
| Three or more nights -
50% deposit is due. |
|
|
| All
deposits are fully refundable (less a $25 processing and handling fee) until
15 days prior to arrival. For cancellations received 14 days or less
prior to arrival, all deposits are non-refundable. Should you need to depart
prior to your scheduled departure date, an early departure fee will be
assessed. |

|
| Credit
Cards: Visa/Master
Card/Amex/Discover. Credit card numbers given to confirm reservations will be
processed the day the reservation is taken. Credit card imprints are required
on arrival. |

| Minimum
Stays and Holiday Restrictions: Surcharges, minimum stays and/or
package only options will be applicable on most weekends, holiday periods,
and/or special events. Sorry, no Saturday night only stays. |
