Room Types:

Classic Rooms: Offer one double bed with all amenities.

Premier Rooms: Offer one or more of the following: larger rooms, or front of the building rooms, distant ocean views. Bedding: one double, two beds or a king bed.

The Suite: Our Two bedroom 3rd floor Suite offers a full kitchen and living area. Two separate bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a private bath. This unit has distant ocean views.

All rooms offer in room HVAC, CCTV, phones and clock radios. All room rates are per night, based upon 2 per room and subject to Maine state lodging & meals tax (currently 7%). Please note the inn has several different room types. Rates indicate the rate range for room types. Specific room types along with bedding configurations will be quoted at the time of reservation.

Reservation Information

Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 11AM. No pets please. The Old Orchard Beach Inn is a non-smoking facility.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies: A deposit is required to confirm reservations.

Deposit Requirements:

One night stays - prepayment in full.

Two night stays - last night paid in full.

Three or more nights - 50% deposit is due.

All deposits are fully refundable (less a $25 processing and handling fee) until 15 days prior to arrival. For cancellations received 14 days or less prior to arrival, all deposits are non-refundable. Should you need to depart prior to your scheduled departure date, an early departure fee will be assessed.

Credit Cards: Visa/Master Card/Amex/Discover. Credit card numbers given to confirm reservations will be processed the day the reservation is taken. Credit card imprints are required on arrival.

Packages: All packages are quoted ppdo (per person based upon double occupancy). 7% Maine state rooms and meals tax and gratuities are not included in packages. Innkeeper’s package not available certain midweek nights Nov. to mid-May. Sorry, no package substitutions.

Minimum Stays and Holiday Restrictions: Surcharges, minimum stays and/or package only options will be applicable on most weekends, holiday periods, and/or special events. Sorry, no Saturday night only stays.

Additional Persons: There is a $20 per adult and $10 per child charge for 3rd and 4th persons in a double room. Maximum 4 persons per room.

Rollaway Beds & Cribs: Rollaways are available with advance notice for $20.
